One command in. 65 finished, listed products out.
Launching an ecommerce brand normally means a team and months: research, design, copy, images, listing setup — per SKU. I built the AI system that does the whole chain itself. I ran it on my own brand and it shipped 65 live products. The point isn't the brand — it's the machine that builds it.
The idea
Instead of making products one at a time, I built the system that makes them. Market research, product design, copywriting, image creation, listing setup — normally repeated by hand for every single SKU — collapsed into something one operator can run at scale.
The command, and what happens after it
The goal I built toward is simple to say and hard to engineer: tell it "launch 50 more products" and it executes the entire chain itself.
- Research. Finds and validates product niches — demand signals, competition, angles worth pursuing.
- Product build. Generates the actual digital product from a proven scaffold, configured for the niche.
- Creatives. Produces the full visual set per product — a branded hero plus the supporting image story — generated and rendered automatically.
- Listing & SEO. Writes the keyword-tuned title, description, and tags, validated against the platform's rules so nothing bounces on submit.
- Publish. Pushes live via API — and recycles underperformers into new products instead of starting from scratch.
On top of the catalog, the system stood up an owned demand funnel: a content site (foliotemplates.com) that auto-publishes SEO articles on a schedule to pull organic traffic toward the brand, rather than renting all of it from ads.
What the system produced
For scale: producing one product's creative set by hand — a hero plus a five-image story — is several hours of design work. The system does it in minutes, per product, across the whole catalog. That's the volume no headcount can match.
See it live
This isn't a mockup. The catalog is live on Etsy, and the system also stood up the full content site to feed it organic traffic:
Why this matters to your business
The brand is Etsy and digital products. Strip that away and what's left is the real deliverable: a custom AI system that automates an entire ecommerce workflow. The same approach builds the engine behind an Amazon catalog — bulk listing rebuilds, image and A+ production at volume, ad-account diagnostics — or whatever the repetitive, expensive bottleneck is in your operation.
I don't just do the task. I build the system that does the task, then hand you the leverage. That's Systems > Headcount.
